- Fairly flat with some rolling hills only 1 real hill.
- The course is exposed so challenging if windy.
- The roads are mostly smooth only a couple of rough patches.

- Laps round the regatta lake, never far away from spectators.
- Flat and fast. Scenic on river. Laps around lake. Great support.
